COLOR Your World
The name of the game this Spring is COLOR! Don't get into the "rut" of looking like Simon and sticking with the same three colors forever and ever! Come on... live
a little! Color changes the mood of any atmosphere...inside or out! Get your color wheel, (Sherwin Williams, is our favorite) your fabric swatches, (Fabric Yard on Midway) and your paint brushes ready! Don't take yourself too seriously and have fun! Use bold colors to add flair and excitement to your space...orange, green, aqua, and purple are hot this season. Pick a color of your favorite accessory in the room and go with it! Don't be afraid to use different variations of the same color! Add pops of color with accent chairs, ottomans, or even painting the crown molding! Find your grandmother's old furniture (that you wouldn't dare sit in) and repurpose it! Paint the wood a bright white and then reupholster it with a bright crushed velvet! Send us a picture of your new "colored" space and or revamped piece of furniture and be entered in a CONTEST! Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place! Have fun and remember the rainbow is your limit!
